FAQ's

1. How many passengers do you carry?

Our vehicles can comfortably seat 7 passengers. However, if needed we can make arrangements for a larger vehicle to accommodate your party but this will incur an additional cost. Just get in touch with us to see how we can help. 

2. Do you offer a per person price for your tours?

No. We only offer private group tours. The price remains the same whether there is one person or 7 on the tour. 

3. Do you only pick up in Glasgow and Edinburgh?

No. We can pick you up from almost any location that is convenient for you. Just get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

4. Do you include admission?

No. The price of the tour includes the vehicle, fuel, driver, and insurance. 

5. Can you help build a tour for us?

Absolutely. Depending on what you have in mind we can work with you to either adapt the itinerary of one of the listed tours or create something entirely bespoke for you.

6. How do I make payment?

You can make payment either by bank transfer or we can send you a personal link to pay by credit card if you prefer.

7. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. In order to secure your chosen date, we require a £100 deposit (this is non-refundable) 

8. Will I need cash with me?

Most places accept Visa or MasterCard and some will accept American Express. Some smaller, independent retailers may not have card facilities so it is always a good idea to bring a little cash with you for unexpected eventualities. Only  GBP (£) is accepted in Scotland, you cannot use Euros (€) or Dollars ($).

9. What happens if I need to change my tour date?

If we can accommodate a change to your tour date we are happy to do so, free of charge. This will be dependent on our availability.

11. Can I make changes to my itinerary?

Yes. We want your tour to be perfect for you, so where is it possible we are happy to make alterations to your itinerary. 

If you need to change your collection or drop-off point or if there is any last-minute problem please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss how we assist or adapt your itinerary.

12. Are children welcome on your tours?

Yes, children are welcome. If you are traveling with a child please contact us in advance to discuss the need for baby or child seats.
