Stop 1: The East Neuk of Fife – Fishing Villages & Coastal Charm
Before heading to the Isle of May, we take a scenic detour through the East Neuk of Fife, a stunning stretch of coastline dotted with traditional fishing villages. Here, we’ll make a brief stop in Anstruther, home to Scotland’s most famous fish and chip shop. Stroll along the harbor, admire the charming cottages, and soak in the sea air.

Next, we board a boat and set sail towards the Isle of May, a true wildlife paradise. The journey itself is an adventure, offering incredible views of the coastline and the chance to spot dolphins, seals, and seabirds along the way. The Isle of May is a protected nature reserve and home to thousands of Atlantic puffins (April to early August), alongside guillemots, razorbills, and kittiwakes.

Once we arrive, you’ll have time to explore the island on foot. Walk along the designated paths, take in the stunning cliffs, and watch as puffins dart in and out of their burrows.
